How long does shipping take within Australia?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via Australia Post usually takes 3-7 business days, while Express Post options are available for faster delivery to most metropolitan areas.
What is your return policy for yarn and garments?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused yarn in its original condition and unworn garments with tags attached. Please note that for yarn, we recommend checking dye lots immediately upon receipt.
Do you ship your products internationally?
Yes, we ship our world-class wool to knitters and fashion enthusiasts globally. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by destination and will be calculated at the checkout.
How should I care for my woollen garments?
To maintain the longevity of your woollen items, we recommend a gentle hand wash in cool water using a wool-specific detergent. Always dry flat in the shade and avoid tumble drying or direct heat.
Can I request a specific dye lot for my yarn order?
We always endeavor to supply the same dye lot for all balls of yarn within a single order. If you are looking to match a dye lot from a previous purchase, please contact our customer service team before ordering.
