At Bendigo Woollen Mills, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your yarn or garment isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition with all labels attached and have not been wound into balls or used for knitting.

• 2.
  Complete Return Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different color or ply.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items and the completed form into a sturdy mailing bag to prevent any damage to the wool during transit.

• 4.
  Post to the Mill

  Send your parcel via registered post to our Bendigo address; once received, we will process your request within 5 business days.
